Frederick Samuel Resident Meeting

Working to bring much-needed repairs to the Frederick Samuel Apartments in Harlem, our team met with residents last month to discuss important progress for the community. Lemor Development Group, Genesis Companies and NYCHA helped answer questions about in-unit repairs and previewed a model unit for attendees that residents will soon be able to walk through as an example of the improvements they can expect in their homes.
