Fred Sam Tenant Meeting

Thank you to the residents of the Frederick Samuel Apartments for a fantastic and productive meeting to discuss the planned improvements for the development. Resident engagement is essential to how we succeed as a community, which is why we are grateful to community leaders Congressman Adriano Espaillat, Assembly Member Inez E. Dickens, and NYPD’s 32nd Precinct for joining us alongside HousingToHome EMTG CONSULTANTS INC New York Security Solutions Inc. and Monadnock Construction, Inc. to exchange information with Fred Sam tenants. We’re excited, grateful and humbled to be working alongside so many people committed to strengthening the Harlem community and ensuring every resident has the safe, permanently affordable home they deserve in the neighborhood they helped build up!
