Our staff is well versed in the process of qualifying tenants for affordable housing, for both low income and mixed-income residents. We’re able to determine who’s qualified based on the initial screening of the applicant.

Yes, there is an application fee. The fee can be waived in some special cases.

Absolutely, we recommend and invite all future applicants to see the unit of their interest. We’re currently offering limited in-person showings, and implementing virtual tours.

Most of our properties do not allow pets on premises, however we do make allowances for service animals. Smoking is NOT permitted in any of our buildings.
