How do I apply for a VPH managed apartment unit?

We’ve made it easy for potential applicants to submit an application online! You can click on the “APPLY HERE” tab or you can request an application by sending an email to applications@vphmgmt.com. Please be sure to include in your email:

 • Location where you are looking to rent

What do I need to apply for an apartment?

You will need the following documents to submit a full application on our portal.
 • Personal identification
 • Proof of income
 • Credit or debit card to process application fee

Will I qualify for the apartment I am applying for?

Our staff is well versed in the process of qualifying tenants for affordable housing, for both low income and mixed-income residents. We’re able to determine who’s qualified based on the initial screening of the applicant.

Is there a fee for the application?

Yes, there is an application fee. The fee can be waived in some special cases.

Can I schedule a visit to tour the unit?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely, we recommend and invite all future applicants to see the unit of their interest. We’re currently offering limited in-person showings, and implementing virtual tours.

Question 6

What is the policy on Pets and Smoking on properties?

Accepted Answer

Most of our properties do not allow pets on premises, however we do make allowances for service animals. Smoking is NOT permitted in any of our buildings.
